Letter from the Founder

Dear Fellow Female Founders,

As I reflect on my own journey as a woman entrepreneur, I remember the many lonely nights and self-doubts that plagued me along the way. The challenges often felt impossible to overcome alone. I imagined there had to be other women out there feeling just as isolated and seeking the same kind of support I longed for.

It took years of hard lessons before I found my confidence. But I knew so many more still felt marginalized, struggling to raise their voices in the business world. I realized if I had worked so much, others would be struggling too.

That realization is how EchoHer came to be. I envisioned a safe, supportive space where we could uplift each other—a community for women to connect, share stories, and access the resources and sisterhood every female founder deserves.

At EchoHer, you'll discover you are not alone. Here, you'll find women who've navigated the same rough waters and emerged stronger. This is our place to celebrate victories, no matter how small. And prove how much we can achieve when women unite, unified in purpose.

My dear fellow founders, I started EchoHer to turn our isolation into empowerment obstacles into opportunities. But this is just the beginning. The future is female, and it begins with us.

Let's change the landscape for women in business together.

In solidarity,

Qianwen

My Quote: “Startup life is tough. Make sure you are up for it before diving in. Once in it, give 200% or you won’t be successful. Working hard in a startup is not enough, you need to work smartly and work resourcefully. And be ready to change directions any time. If you cannot embrace these concepts, don’t be in startups.”
